How to bypass rapidshare download limits , also works with megaupload
1. First download the file you want , thats limit has already exeeded
2. Go to tools , internet options and delete the cookies.
3. Then reset your modem (disconnect and reconnect your internet connection , you will get a new ip adress)
4. Go back to the file you want to download and it will work.
